Wedding tiara colour help?

Hi im getting married in march and currently getting my accessories foR my outfit.my dress is ivory with a pale gold trim.i have been looking at tiaras and bridal jewellery sets and dont seem to like the gold coloured ones.
Would it look silly if i was to go with silver and diamonte jewellery and tiara.?thanks in advance x
Do you mean mixing metal colours? Otherwise all my jewellery will be silver and crystals/diamontes.
I appreciate your opinion and not sure if it would look good thats why im asking.my dress has a gold trim across the top of the bust area.and the train splits in 2 with gold strips down either side.its really pale and 2 or 3 inches wide.i just think the gold tiaras look tacky but if itd look stupid then id have no option.

Eh. I hate mixing metals, I think it looks tacky, but some people like it. If you think it would look good, go with it. It's your day. To hell with what everyone else thinks.

Edit- Yes, I mean mixing the colors. (Mixing the elements is an entirely different story, and one I know nothing about). It's all a matter of opinion. Some people say never mix metals, and others really like it. At some point I heard on tv that mixing metals is "in", but that was awhile ago and I never keep up with those things. If you really don't know, or can't find one you like, maybe you could drop the tiara idea all together. I find it a bit odd to begin with, but then again I'm not much for jewellery and lots accessories in the first place. Also keep in mind that most people probably won't notice if your accessories don't match your dress. It's really a small detail in the end, and will mean very little to anyone else but you, which is why I suggested to not worry about it too much. But, anyway. Good luck.
